What materials are used in your jewelry?

We use high-quality materials including 925 Sterling Silver, 14k and 18k Solid Gold, and authentic gemstones. All our pieces are lead and nickel-free, making them safe for sensitive skin.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To maintain the luster of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Moon Magic pouch provided with your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We provide a 6-month warranty on all jewelry items covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
